Hyalu B5 ampoules can be used in 2 ways:

Apply morning and evening to perfectly cleansed and toned skin. Open the ampoule carefully, insert the applicator, and pour half of the contents into the flap of your hand. Heat the formula between your hands and then apply it all over your face and neck. Wait a few seconds before applying the moisturizer.

Each ampoule allows 2 applications: one in the morning and one in the evening. Once opened, the ampoule is valid for 48 hours.
